 1. Location
The charmingly well preserved mansion is located in the town Seengen at the north end of a small lake called
"Hallwilersee". This area with its beautiful meadows and pastures, the refreshing forests and little towns offers an excellent quality of life. Seengen has approx.
2 300 inhabitants.
It is reachable by car from Zurich airport in only 45 minutes. The main major highway connecting Zurich-Bern-Basel is accessible through
Lenzburg, the closest biggest town, in ten minutes.
Seengen offers a variety of shops and services (including doctor, dentist, pharmacy, bank, etc.) as well as excellent gastronomy. Additionally, all schools from nursery to high school are located in
Seengen. Numerous clubs contribute to the rich cultural life of the community.
The town centre with schools and shops as well as the lake with the recreational area are in close walking distance.
2. Property
