This piece of land, on four levels (steppes), lies just outside the village
of Agios Leon, which has schools, bakery, grocers, butchers, tavernas,
mini-markets, etc, and has a magnificent view of the sea to the west of
Zakynthos Island, bringing with it the added attraction of the beautiful summer

The main road in and out of the village runs along the west side of the island's mountain range and connects Zakynthos Town to Volines, via Kilioneno, Exo Hora, Maries and Anafanitria.
The site is 4032 m2 (64 m x 63m), which is just over strennata, or 1 acre. Planning permission exists for a house of 130 m2 but this can easily be stretched to 150 m2. The site lies 340 metres up a private road from the road from Agios Leon to Louha, which carries on over the mountain range to the fertile farmlands of the central lowlands of the island.

About three or four km away are the attractive seaside areas of Porto Limnionas and Roxa, each with their own Greek tavernas. At Porto Limnionas is a very safe protected swimming pool area by a taverna.
